REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed.

    If you receive a defective item, please take a video before opening the package and contact us immediately with evidence and a receipt. This should be reported within two days of receiving the item.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 2 to 9 business days.

4. Undelivered Packages:

If a package is not delivered and is returned to us, a refund can be initiated, deducting the shipping and return shipping charges.
